Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Aibrid, an AI-powered service for the tasks you work on — research, drafting, analysis, and editing — operated by Southana Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Aibrid helps users research, draft, analyse, edit, and format the documents and outputs their tasks require, using artificial intelligence. Document creation and editing are one part of the service; the AI also runs research, analysis, and data work on your behalf. Output is generated based on the information you provide and is intended as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before use or submission.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to use Aibrid.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You may not share your account or use another user's account without permission.

4. Subscriptions, Credits and Payments

Aibrid offers paid subscriptions (Weekly and Monthly plans) and one-time usage credit purchases. Subscription fees are billed recurringly on the plan's billing cycle. Usage credits are consumed by AI-powered features at rates displayed in the service.

All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Pricing, minimum purchase amounts, and credit consumption rates are displayed at the point of purchase and within the service. Credits are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by law. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the documents, files, data, and other content you submit to Aibrid. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Aibrid to:

  • Generate false, misleading, or fraudulent content or materials.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use or share.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

7. Intellectual Property

Aibrid, the Southana Ltd name, logos, and the design of the service are owned by Southana Ltd or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any licence to use our trademarks or branding except as necessary to access the service.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, abuse the service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, but provisions relating to liability, intellectual property, and governing law will survive.

9. Disclaimers

Aibrid is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular role. You are solely responsible for how you use the outputs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Southana Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
